皆様、少々遅くなりましたがあけましておめでとうございます！ニスリーンです。今年もよろしくお願いします。
Hello everyone, this is Nisreen of Tokyo- Happy belated new year!

さてさて、さっそくですが今年も素敵なショーが目白押しです。初パフォーマンスは以前もお伝えしましたが1月21日東中野にて出演させていただきますAlf Layla wa Layla。

A lot of exciting shows are already coming up in2018 ! The first one is Alf Layla Wa Layla in Higashi Nakano which I’ll perform as a guest dancer on January 21st.

主催のFarhanaちゃんとは個性が好対照と良く言っていただけますが、おかげでとても面白いケミストリーが生まれていると感じています☆
I and the organizer Farhana will perform a duet together! Our dance personas are sort of opposite- I believe we are making a very unique chemistry!

さらに２月は・・ヴァレンタインの季節！もちろんパーティー💛💛です！！
And February is .. the season of LOVE! We'll have a PARTY!

【２月10日（土）】六本木のレストランAladdinにて。

日本最高峰のミュージシャンによる生演奏で、好きなようにいつでもいつまでも踊れる！というパーティー。

親しい人たちとのおしゃべりの延長のように・・心のままに体を揺らしていただけたらと思います。

そう、中東のパーティーのように・・というのが主催Sadiaの想いだそう。

We'll have a live music played by the best musicians in Japan! You can dance spontaneously as much as you like! With no pressure of the performing-as if you chat with your friends, as if you are at a ME party.

もちろん、ダンスにゆかりのない方、ごはんを食べてゆっくりしたい方も歓迎。おいしいイランとアラブのディナーとデザートがたっぷり出ます。

Of course the party is for everyone including the folks who don't dance.We can assure you of the most delicious Iranian and Arabic dinner and the sweets.

ビンゴゲームもあるので、賞品があたるかも・・。

もちろん、ダンスショーもありますよ!珍しい男性ダンサーが登場します。

You’ll enjoy a Bingo Game and have a chance to get a special prize.

今日は！ニスリーンです。
いよいよ今年も終わりますね…。
Hello  everyone, this is Nisreen.⛄
How are you? I can't believe we are already saying goodbye to the year 2017.

みなさんの2017年はどんな年でしたか？
私の2017年は、次から次へと続く「爆発」の年でした！
Looking back this year now, I went through a bunch of "explosions"  in so many levels!

沢山の素晴らしい経験をしましたが、やはり一番のハイライトはカリフォルニアにダンスを学びに行き、

「アメリカのダンス・マザーとファザー」Carl and Ma*shuqaに出会えたこと（もちろん日本にはサディアがいます💛）
そして音に身をゆだねるようなパフォーマンスの経験と、海を越えた同志に出会えたことでしょう。
The highlights were a trip to California and a performing experience with the amazing live  band , also meeting my "Dance mom ＆ dad in America (I have Sadia inTokyo, of course!) "-Carl and Ma*shuqa, and the dance sisters there.

初めての経験に溢れていたのは昨年もおなじことでしたが、
色々な面であまりに変化が急激で、
正直一年が、ここまであっという間だ、と感じたことは未だかつてありません。

This is another year filled with new experiences like the last year, but more with intense upside down. I had never felt this way before- one year passed as fast as a blink of an eye.

私はここ数年は特に、孤独、心細さを恐れるあまり、何か頼るものが欲しい、変わらない何かが欲しいと、感じていたように思います。
でも、今はむしろ、様々なすばらしい経験のおかげで、不安定であることも楽しめる心持ちを得たと感じています。
In the past several year,
I think I was looking for something stable, something reliable in my heart because of the fear to loneliness and instability.I felt uneasy and wanted to feel alright.
Now in the end of this year, the amazing experiences ( both sad and happy) have given me the confidence enough to enjoy the instability instead of fearing to it.

私が考えていたより遥かに私の人生は可能性に満ちていて、内側からあふれるエネルギーを持っているのだと、今はもっと力強い心持ちでいます。

I feel the possibility of my life, and the force coming from inside.
I feel so much empowered and can 't wait to apply the energy to my dance.💕

このエネルギーをダンスに表現するのが待ち遠しいです！

こんにちは、ベリーダンサーのニスリーンです！すっかり遅くなってしまいましたが、
先日はMeet American Cabaretに　お越しくださいまして、ありがとうございました！

Hi to all, this is Nisreen of Belly Queen Japan in Tokyo❕ I want to send a big hug to everyone who came out to the show ''MEET AMERICAN CABARET" on October 7th, 2017.

お客様の熱い盛り上がりに、ダンサーである私たちも元気をいただきました＜３

やはり、ベリーダンスはお客様と音楽とのエネルギーの交歓があって初めて完成するものだな。と改めて教えていただいたように感じます。

ゲストダンサーとして素晴らしいダンスを披露してくださったL.A在住のShirinさん、

そしてキーボード奏者のHediさん、さらにBolBolさんとスタッフのみなさんにもお礼申し上げます。

We, dancers received so much from the passionate audience. That experience taught me again the essential nature of this dance form- which I believe is rooted in the cycle of the energy of the audience, the dancers, and the music.

I'd love to say thank you to fabulous Shirin from L.A, Hedi, Mr. Bolbol and his kind staffs as well.

また、10月28日には、初めて、ソロでチャリティーイベントで踊る機会を頂きました。

「エジプトのLGBTの権利をサポートしよう」というイベントです。

ご存知の方もいるかもしれませんが、アムネスティのウェブサイトによりますと、エジプト当局は、9月22日、マシュル・ライラというバンドのコンサートでレインボーフラッグが掲げられたことを受けて、32~33人の男性と一人の女性を性/的指向を理由に拘束しました。（※記事が書かれた2017年10月2日の情報です。）

不当な逮捕に苦しむ人々へ、サポートの意を表明するためのイベントで、急遽お声がけを頂いたのでした。

I also danced a solo show at a charity event for the first time on October 28th. The event was aimed at supporting LGBT rights in Egypt.

You might know that the crackdown against the LGBTs community in Egypt began after September 22nd,2017. A group of people was seen raising a rainbow flag at a concert of a band called Mashrou’ Leila in Cairo. According to Amnesty website, the arrests bring the total number of people who have been detained based on their perceived sexual orientation to 33 - 32 men and one woman - since the day of the concert. (*reported on October 2nd.) The event was organized in an urgent to take action for the people who are suffering unfairly in prison.

だから、彼らひとりひとりの人生を祝福する気持ち、自由を祈る気持ちを込めて、すべてエジプトの音楽で踊りました。

温かいサポートをしてくださった主催者の方、そしてお集まりくださった皆さまに心からお礼申し上げます。

One thing I'm sure about is, dancing is the expression of FREEDOM and JOY of life. I danced to the Egyptian music to celebrate their lives, and pray for their freedom.

I really appreciate the warm support and the wonderful leadership of the organizer, and everyone who came out to the event that night.

生徒の方々もとても一生懸命練習しています。フレッシュな頑張りの成果も含めて見に来てくださいね。

On January 21st 2018, I'm also up to perform as a guest dancer at a recital” Alf Layla wa Layla” (One thousand and one nights) of a Belly Dance circle "Eshta Zhara" organized by Rin Farhana, who is also my buddy of Belly Queen Japan. :)

I'll dance a duet with her as well as my solo performance. Beautiful Chieko and Magenta will also dance as the guests.

Our students are working so hard for this one day... Please come and see their fresh performance!

【イベント後記】【2017年9月9日】Diamond Belly Dance Festival コンペティション

こんにちは、ニスリーンです！

先日9月9日は千葉のDiamond Belly Dance Festivalのコンペティション、プロフェッショナル部門で踊らせていただきました☆

チャンスを下さった主催のMamiさん、審査員の先生方、スタッフの方々に心からお礼申し上げます。受賞はならずでしたが、素晴らしい経験になりました！！

皆さんの素敵なダンスを目にして、ファイナリストに選んで頂けたことを本当に光栄に思いました。

また自分の課題も見えました。落ち込む間などなくまた練習と経験の日々です。

また、ベリークイーンジャパンのダンサーとしては、フィンガーシンバルのスキルを沢山の方に褒めて頂けたことはとっても嬉しかったです。

師匠のサディア先生にはいつもサポートしてくださっていることにあらためて感謝です。もっとオリエンタルダンスの楽しさ美しさを深め表現出来るよう努力を続けます。

I performed at Diamond Belly Dance Competition as a finalist of professional category on September 9th. Even though I didn't win, I gained a marvelous experience thanks to the warm , sweet , wonderful organizer Mami, the great judges, and the kind staffs.I was amazed by each performance given by finalists, and very honored to be one of them. This entire experience helped me to find my strength and improvement points.

Also, I was so happy to get compliments from other pro dancers about my skill of Zills , as being a Belly Queen Japan member who is trained by a Zills' expert..! 

I thank my mentor , Sadia for her continuous support ! I'll keep on practicing, performing, and developing myself more to express how beautiful this art form can be.

【おしらせ】ニスリーン、コンペ出るってよ。

もんわり、じわじわ、妙なお天気が続く夏ですが皆様いかがお過ごしでしょうか．．。

「雨よ、止まれ．．」

突然ですが、私はこのたび、

千葉のMamiさん主宰／Diamond Belly Dance Company（こちら）さんによる

ダイヤモンド・ベリーダンスフェスティバルの
コンペティションのプロ部門、無事ビデオ審査に通りまして、ソロで出場することになりました♥♥

なにせ、コンペ自体が初なのでドキドキなんてもんじゃなくて、
バクバクでもなくて、
どごんどごんどぅおおおお○×▽◇＆％＄＃”
という感じですけれども、

せっかく戴いたチャンスですので、とにかく誠心誠意丁寧に音楽の美しさ楽しさを体現するような踊りをお見せしたく、鋭意準備中です。

場所は美浜文化ホール・・
調べてみたけど、意外と東京からも近い！と、思う！
何よりとても立派な場所です！

コンペティションも楽しみですが、その後のガラショーはご覧の通り、豪華の一言です。
あの，エジプトで活躍される木村カスミさんの踊りを生で見られるチャンス☆
さらに素晴らしいミュージシャンの方々の生演奏ですよ〜。是非！
